We are developing AItruistic with causes and communities to help practical support reach the people it is for, including where commercial funding is difficult to find.

You know things about your community that no one can learn from a distance: why help does not arrive, what stops a service being used or which small change would make a difference.
That experience comes first. The people affected should help shape the approach, choose what to pursue and judge whether the result improves their lives.
A contribution can be lived experience, a skill, time, resources or funding. Bringing a need is also a meaningful way to begin.
Abundance counts where the need is
Neucleos and Cleo, the Collective, are being built as a shared foundation for this work: connecting what people understand with design, action, observation and improvement.
For a meal, success includes reaching the person in a way they can use. The system's intended responsibility continues through provision, delivery and use. Serving many people should keep the remaining need visible, not conceal it.
People can benefit without using the software. Accessibility, local circumstances and continuing support belong in the design.
Help that leaves more behind
A method shared with permission can help another community. Its reasons matter as much as its instructions: what worked, for whom and under which conditions. Each community can adapt it and contribute what it learns.
Funding makes the work possible. Results in people's lives show whether it serves.
